Beating Death: Suspect Captured In Fairfax Homicide Case, Cops Say
A 30-year-old man was slapped with a murder charges on accusations he beat another man to death in Fairfax County last month, police said. Aaron James Anthony Robertson, who appears to be homeless, was being held in the county's detention center on a charge of second-degree murder as of Thursday, July 6, Fairfax police said. Robertson is believed to have beaten Luis Barahona Reyes to death, before his body was found at 9715 Fairfax Boulevard on June 10, police said. Police in Fairfax County have launched a death investigation after a body was found in Fairfax County on Saturday morning. Shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, officers from the Fairfax Police Department were called to 9715 Fairfax Boulevard for a report of a dead body. Upon arrival, officers confirmed that there were the remains of a body, who remains unidentified. A 59-year-old homeless whose been accused of robbery in the past added to his rap sheet after he pulled a knife on a store employee while trying to shoplift, police said. Eugene Ewing was spotted by store security at a Fairfax Home Depot at 3201 Old Leee Highway trying to steal items from a shelf just before 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, Fairfax city police said. Missing Fairfax Teen Found Safe
The 14-year-old girl who went missing early Monday July 11 has been located and is safe, police said. Daniela Pavon-Albright was last seen around 3:30 a.m. wearing a black sweatshirt with an orange ‘V’ on it and black shorts, Fairfax City Police said. Police in Fairfax County say a 26-year-old homeless man attacked two store clerks over the weekend in separate robberies. Harley Pratt faces several charges related to the incidents at two Fairfax convenience stores, Fairfax City police said.
