On Friday, July 14, Billy Riggs was sentenced to serve 90 years in prison for sexual assaults of minors, for a series of sexual assaults on children that occurred in Triangle. Riggs pleaded guilty to one count of rape and four counts of aggravated sexual battery in July 2022.
