Father Charged After Conflicting Stories Emerge About 4-Year-Old’s Head Injuries In VA: Police A Woodbridge man is facing serious charges after his 4-year-old son was found with significant head injuries over the holiday weekend, police said. Officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to the Orchard Mills Apartments in the 15200 block of Brickwood Drive around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30 to investigate a report of child abuse.
