Teen Driver Surrenders After High-Speed Crash That Killed Elderly Virginia Woman: Police A 17-year-old has been charged in connection with a high-speed crash that killed an elderly woman in Oakton last month, police said. The fatal collision occurred on Nov. 9 at the intersection of Hunter Mill Road and Lynnhaven Place, where the teen was reportedly speeding in a Toyota Camry when he struck an Acura attempting to turn left into a shopping center. The crash claimed the life of Brenda Cratty, 77, of Vienna, who was a passenger in the Acura. She was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to her injuries. US Marshals Capture 3rd Suspect In Fairfax County Killing, Police Say A third suspect has been arrested in the killing of a 47-year-old man over the weekend in Fairfax County, authorities said. Nicacio Hernandez Gonzalez, 47, of Fairfax, was discovered in the 9500 block of Route 29 in Oakton with trauma to his body on Saturday, July 20, county police said. Maldin Anibal Guzman, 27, and Wis Alonso Sorto-Portillo, 45, both who appear to be homeless, were arrested and charged with malicious wounding by mob and jailed.
