High winds, high temperatures, thunderstorms, and flooding are all in the forecast across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia for Wednesday, June 22, according to the National Weather Service.

Joshua Wallace went to work at Columbia Machine Inc. in Smithsburg the same way he would any other day.
With just two hours left on the clock, he was getting ready to start his weekend.
That's when his coworker — a 23-year-old Hispanic man from West Virginia whose name has not been released — came inside and shot Wallace and three other employees.
