Stephen Alexander Charged With Second DUI In Two Years A 39-year-old Stafford man was charged with his second DUI in two years after crashing into the back of a deputy's cruiser on Monday night. Stephen Alexander is behind bars after smashing into the Stafford County Sheriff's Office vehicle and then attempting to flee the area while allegedly intoxicated, officials say. Weekend Warriors: These Drivers Led Police Pursuits Through Stafford Hours Apart, Sheriff Says Two drivers have been arrested after leading police pursuits through Stafford over the weekend, police said. The first began around 1:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, and involved a Maryland man named Timothy Clark, 56, was wanted out of Stafford, Prince William, and Fredericksburg, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said in a release. The incident involving Clark began when Deputy E.T. Osborn responded to Wawa, located at 9 South Gateway Drive, for a larceny.
