The parents of a 17-year-old girl killed in a Fairfax County crash this week have launched a campaign in hopes of garnering support. Meanwhile, their son is recovering with his two friends in the ICU. Rebekah "Bekah" Zarco had a bright future ahead, her dad, William Zarco, wrote on a GoFundMe campaign.
