Marque Alston, of Waldorf, MD, was spotted urinating next to a dumpster near the Quality Inn on Greenspring Drive in Stafford, VA around 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, the sheriff's department said in a release. Wrong-Way DUI Driver Admits To Having 'Tall Drinks' Before Crashing In Virginia, Sheriff Says A wanted man didn't argue with members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office who said he had too much to drink after the wrong-way driver crashed into a light pole over the weekend.
