Inmate Found Dead Inside Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, Police Say
A death investigation has been launched by police after an inmate was found dead inside the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Investigators have identified 37-year-old John Boos as the person who is now the subject of a probe at the facility after being found unresponsive in a single cell late on Saturday, Sept. 21. According to the Fairfax County Police Department, deputies at the jail performed life-saving measures until paramedics arrived to transport Boos to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
