In announcing the arrest of Kevin Lopez-Altan of Annandale, Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis called him a "monstrous man" whose alleged crimes are "abhorrent." On Wednesday, March 20, Lopez-Altan was twice denied entry from an Annandale business.
