Felon Brandished Weapon During Dispute Outside Arlington Apartments, Police Say A convicted felon is facing fresh charges in Virginia after allegedly breaking out a handgun during an argument with an acquaintance in Arlington. Colin Brown, 44, was arrested overnight after members of the Arlington Police Department were called to the 100 block of North Thomas Street while he was brandishing a handgun, officials say.
