Fatal Crash Leaves Six Hospitalized In Virginia, Police Say (Developing)

Seven people were rushed to a Virginia hospital on Sunday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash in Fairfax County.

Police say that around 11 a.m. on Feb. 4, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department were called to the intersection of Braddock Road and Bradfield Drive in Annandale, where there was a reported crash that resulted in one fatality.

According to officials, one man who was a passenger in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead en route to the hospital, and two others suffered what police described as life-threatening injuries.

The crash led to a closure of Braddock Road in both directions at King David Boulevard while the department's Crash Reconstruction Unit detectives investigated.
