Elementary School Staffer Accused Of Assaulting Boy In Virginia Classroom: Police An elementary school staff member in Prince William County was charged for allegedly striking a 3-year-old boy on the head, police say. Centreville resident Sophie Mihyun Choi, 44, was is facing charges following an investigation into an assault by a school staffer at Ellis Elementary School on Kim Graham Lane in Manassas.
