Fatal Pedestrian Strike Of 24-Year-Old PWC Man Being Probed By Police In Virginia The 24-year-old man who was struck by a driver late last week in Fairfax County died from his injuries over the weekend, authorities announced. Woodbridge resident Oscar Daniel Martinez Grenados was walking outside of the crosswalk when he was struck by a driver passing along the roadway, according to police.
