Spotsy Motorcyclist, 41, Killed In Head-On Crash A 41-year-old Spotsylvania motorcyclist was killed in a crash Wednesday, Aug. 30, authorities said. Kendall Wade Neas was operating a 2016 Suzuki motorcycle on the 4200 block of Massaponax Church Road when he crossed the double yellow line coming out of a curve at a high rate of speed around 6:30 p.m., Major Troy Skebo of the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said.
