Drunk Man Forgot He Inappropriately Touched Stranger At Virginia ATM, Sheriff Says
A 61-year-old man who got handsy with a woman outside a Stafford County bank and conveniently forgot about it minutes later after fleeing to a nearby restaurant is facing criminal charges, officials say. Stafford resident Robert Thomas, Jr. was arrested for assault and battery after accosting a woman while he was under the influence and she was picking up money at an area ATM on Friday night.
