Two-Year-Old Fired Father's Gun Into Another Stafford Apartment Unit: Police A 20-year-old father was arrested for allowing his 2-year-old to access his handgun in Stafford, police said.At around 6:30 p.m. on August 4, police responded to Fern Oak Circle to find residents of a downstairs unit with a bullet hole in their ceiling, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.  Although no one was injured, officers went to the unit above and found Delontae Harris, 20, with his 2-year-old son, who had shot the gun, authorities said.
