A 24-year-old North Carolina man who led a 115 mph pursuit that crossed three county lines in Virginia has been taken into custody, and two of his passengers treated for injuries, authorities said.

Police have arrested a driver who fled the scene of a fatal single-vehicle crash in Fairfax, officials said.
