A 19-year-old from the Hudson Valley was jailed after he was caught with a ghost gun during a traffic stop in Northern Westchester, police said. Teen Duo Charged With Attempted Murder Following Shooting In Capital Region
Two underage teens are facing attempted murder charges following a shooting in the region. The Rensselaer County incident happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, in Troy, near 3rd and Jefferson streets. Troy Police said someone called 911 saying they had heard multiple gunshots in the area. A 22-year-old Connecticut man was allegedly nabbed with a loaded ghost gun after being stopped for speeding. New Haven resident Juan Garcia, was charged around 2:15 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 18 on South Main Street in Naugatuck.
