A 40-year-old fugitive captured 14 years after shooting a man in the face in Ocean County will remain held pending trial, authorities announced. A person residing in the region was nabbed for alleged attempted murder in a stabbing incident that seriously wounded another man. The attack occurred in Dutchess County at 1 a.m. Sunday, June 30, in the area of Smith and Mansion Streets in Poughkeepsie.
