Missing Ohio Girl May Be In Pennsylvania, State Police Say Authorities are searching for an Ohio girl who is believed to be in Northeast Philadelphia.  Claudia Ical-Caal, 16, was last seen on Robinson Avenue in Kenton, Ohio early on Tuesday, April 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police.  She is 5-foot, 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a red tank top and blue jeans.  Investigators say she might be with 20-year-old Leonardo Chavez on the 6600 block of Oxford Avenue in Philadelphia, and may be "at special risk of harm or injury."  Anyone with information should call 911 or the Kenton, Ohio …

Human Remains Found In 1994 Identified As Northeast Philly Woman: PSP A body found during mine reclamation work in Luzerne County 30 years ago has finally been identified, state police announced Tuesday, Feb. 20.  Margaret Carol Wininger was the "Sugarloaf Jane Doe," troopers wrote in a release.  Wininger's remains were found badly decomposed off of Tomhicken Road in Sugarloaf Township on Dec. 12, 1994, authorities said. 8th Tornado Across NJ, PA Confirmed In Lehigh County The National Weather Service has confirmed a tornado touched down in Lehigh County during Thursday's storm -- making that the eighth across New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
