Coroner IDs Boy, 2, Drown In York County Storm Drain

A two-year-old who went missing on Easter has been identified after he was found drown in a storm drain, authorities said.

The toddler has been identified as Kamdyn Torres.

He was reported missing shortly after 6 p.m. on Sunday night, family said he was last seen playing in the backyard according to Northern York Regional police.

A volunteer assisting with the search found the body around 8 p.m. on East Tenth Avenue.

Emergency medical services tried to revive the boy via CPR. He was declared deceased at a York Hospital.
