Slate Belt Regional Police were called to a gas station in Plainfield Township for "suspicious activity" around 3 p.m. on Friday, May 19, the department wrote in a release.

Dispatchers were told of a "tall, balding man, pushing a stroller who had exposed himself to a juvenile," authorities wrote.

Officers arrived to find 50-year-old Louis W. Coopersmith at a nearby beer distributor, where he was "determined to be manifestly under the influence of alcohol to a degree that he may annoy persons in the vicinity," according to the release.

Police said that Coopersmith had "removed his genitals to urinate" in the parking lot when he "attempted to engage in a conversation" with a nearby minor.

He was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, in addition to indecent exposure, the department wrote. He remains in the Northampton County Prison in lieu of a $50,000 bond, according to court filings.
