Police are seeking information following a hit-and-run crash that took down wires and caused a several-hour road closure in the Lehigh Valley.

The crash — which involved a truck —occurred on the 2700 block of Redington Road in Lower Saucon Township around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, local police said.

The truck was heading toward Lower Saucon Road when it took down numerous Verizon wires before leaving the scene, closing the roadway for several hours, police said.
