Director, teacher, and stage manager at the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center, Matthew Thomas Schreiber, 32, of the 1000 Block of Country Club Road, Camp Hill, invited four teenage girls—17, 17, 16, and 13 years old at the time—to his home so he could be "the first one to get them really drunk" in Feb. 2018, as stated in a criminal complaint by Lower Swatara Township police.

He gave them numerous shots of vodka, whiskey, tequila, wine coolers, and hard seltzers— to the point where a girl threw up, according to the police.

That's when his game of "Truth or Dare" became sexual, as he allegedly had them undress outside his home while he took pictures and videos of them, the criminal complaint details.

Then he asked the girls to join him in a "cuddle pile," where he and the girls would all lie together on the floor while undressed, the police allege.

Schreiber supposedly tried to touched their breasts, butts, and genitals, but the girls stopped him and left when one of their moms called, according to the criminal complaint.

Schreiber was arrested for two felony charges of Corruption Of Minors and two misdemeanors of Indecent Assault Without Consent, on Monday, June 27, by the Lower Swatara Township police.

He has been held in the Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 in bail, according to court documents.

His preliminary hearing has been scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Michael J. Smith at 8:30 a.m. on July 13, according to his court docket.
