Winner: Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch-Off Good For $3 Million Sold In Montgomery County

The Monopoly 100X scratch-off was sold Wednesday at Lucky 7 Deli on West Moreland Road in Willow Grove.

The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
