Four students were shot near Overbrook High School in northwest Philadelphia on Wednesday, Nov. 23, according to a report by 6ABC.

The students, two male and two female, were shot just as the school dismissed for Thanksgiving break, the outlet reported. 

The victims are being treated at a nearby hospital, and are said to be in stable condition with non-life-threatening wounds, the report adds. 

City officials were preparing to give a press conference about the shooting at 1 p.m.  This is a developing story.
