Man Killed By Police In Nursing Home Shooting Identified: York DA A man who was shot dead by a police officer inside a Central Pennsylvania nursing home has been identified and details leading up to his death have been released by the York County Coroner's and District Attorney Dave Sunday's offices on Friday afternoon. Man, 20, Charged With Killing 8-Month-Old Infant: York County DA A 20-year-old man has been charged in connection with an infanticide, the York County District Attorney Dave Sunday announced on March 14.  Sean Michael Deibert, Jr., 20, of York City has been charged with two felonies for Criminal Homicide and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, the DA said and court records confirmed.
