Power Outages Reported Across Pennsylvania After Overnight Storms Thousands of Pennsylvanians are still without power after severe thunderstorms downed trees across the region on Tuesday, July 16.  The outages are mostly concentrated in the following areas, according to the PPL and Met-Ed outage maps:  Fontaine Atglen Wyomissing Lanark Hanover Brogue/Collinsville Emigsville Tinicum (Bucks) Met-Ed offered no immediate timeline for the restoration of service to more than 17,000 customers without power. Blew, 24, of Sinking Spring, surrendered to county detectives on Wednesday, Nov. 16 after a warrant was issued for his arrest, said Berks District Attorney John T.
