PA Mom Of 2 Dies After Getting Impaled At County Fair In Freak Accident A 33-year-old Pennsylvania mom has died after part of a tractor broke off and hit her in the neck at a county fair, authorities said.  Brandy Horner was watching the tractor pull at the Union Couty West End Fair when "an exhaust wheel within a turbo housing became dislodged and ejected from its manifold," the wheel "then ejected from the metal covering of the tractor," and a piece of the wheel broke off and became lodged in her neck, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
