Driver Who Crashed In NJ School Bus Had Fled Police Over State Lines: Report The driver of the car that rammed into a Phillipsburg school bus on Route 22 Tuesday afternoon was fleeing authorities in two states, WFMZ reports.  A bus transporting first- and second-graders from Phillipsburg Primary School was struck by a vehicle shortly after dismissal on Dec. 12, Daily Voice reported. Students Onboard In Litiz School Bus Crash: Authorities One person was hurt following a school bus crash in Lititz on Friday morning, Sept. 15. The Conestoga Valley School District bus was involved in a crash with another vehicle around 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 15, according to the Lititz Fire Company.  The crash happened at the intersection of Spruce and Orange streets.  The bus had students onboard and was heading to the Warwick middle or high school, according to the police.
