Philly Area Gravestone Salesman Scammed Mourners Out Of $1.5 Million, Feds Say The owner of a headstone company is accused of ripping off hundreds of grieving customers across greater Philadelphia, federal prosecutors allege in an indictment.  Gregory J. Stefan Jr., 54, of Upper Merion, is charged with seven counts of wire fraud, according to the US Attorney's Office.  Between January 2018 and September of last year, Stefan accepted more than $1.5 million from customers who ordered memorials for loved ones, then failed to deliver the headstones they bought, authorities said. Snow Emergencies Declared Across PA Ahead Of Storm Officials are advising residents across southeastern and central Pennsylvania to take caution ahead of the snowstorm predicted for Friday, Jan. 19, according to National Weather Service meteorologists.  Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, and parts of lower Bucks and Montgomery counties are under a winter storm warning as of 5 p.m. Thursday. Skydiver 'Entangled' In Tree In PA (Photos) Firefighters raised a ladder into a forest canopy Thursday evening to rescue a skydiver who had become tangled in their parachute, according to authorities.  It happened near the Pennridge Airport in Perkasie just before 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, the Sellersville Volunteer Fire Department said in a release.  Joined by Perkasie Fire Company, Sellersville first responders arrived at the scene to find the skydiver "entangled in the parachute and the tree limbs" some 35 feet above the forest floor, they said.  Scene from the skydiver rescue in Perkasie on July 20.Sellersvillefd.com/Sell…
