Man 'Run Over', Struck Multiple Times On I-83 In York Co. ID'd: Authorities A 41-year-old man has been identified after being struck multiple times and "run over by a tractor-trailer" on Interstate 83 in York County, authorities announced on Tuesday morning.  Joseph Biswa of York County was "found unconscious but breathing underneath a van in the northbound lanes" of I-83 in Fairview Township around 12:45 a.m. on Jan. 16, Pennsylvania State Trooper James Grothey stated in a release.  He was taken to Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center where he died from his injuries, according to Grothey.  The series of crashes began around 12:27 a.…

Pennsylvania Trooper Fatally Shoots 'Juvenile' Boy Authorities are investigating after a "juvenile" male was shot dead by a Pennsylvania state trooper in Bradford County Thursday evening.  State police were called to a wooded area in Herrick Township just before 5 p.m. on May 4 for reports of a person with a handgun, Trooper William Evans wrote in a release.  Troopers made contact with the boy and gave "numerous verbal orders for (him) to drop the weapon," authorities said. Man ID'd After Amazon Truck Crash On Lancaster Pike Authorities say that a Chester County man died at the scene of a crash on Lancaster Pike on Wednesday, Feb. 8.  A deputy coroner arrived on the scene near Schoolhouse Road in Providence Township and pronounced 61-year-old Mark Slobodjian, from Nottingham, dead around 6 p.m., according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
