DA: 15-Year-Old Charged In Deadly Shooting That Left Philadelphia Rapper, Friend Dead

A 15-year-old is facing charges for his connection to a Delaware County shooting that left two men dead, 6abc Action News reports.

Local police arrived on the scene to find a crowd of people around a silver Chevrolet Impala that appeared to have crashed into a building on the 1100 block of West Third Street in Chester around 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 1, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer told the news outlet.

Officers found Rasheen Jones, 20, also known as aspiring rapper 'RunUp Rico' and Kwann Henderson, 19, both of Philadelphia, suffering from gunshot wounds inside the car, the news outlet reports.

Jones was pronounced dead at the scene, and Henderson later died at the hospital, the outlet reports.

The 15-year-old juvenile was caught on surveillance video firing the gun, which allowed authorities to identify him, the news outlet reports. His identity is being withheld from the public.
