Kevin Fede was last seen at his home on Westpoint Drive, in the Keystone Arms Development, on Thursday around 10:30 p.m.
It was discovered that he was missing around midnight.
Fede was last seen wearing black sweatpants with a red stripe, gray t-shirt, and blue sandals.
He is described as a Black male, 5'06", 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
It is suspected Kevin was picked up by a vehicle, but that has not been definitively confirmed at this point and the circumstances of his disappearance is currently unknown.
Anyone with information on Kevin Fede's whereabouts, or who may have witnessed anything Thursday night are asked to call the police at 717-249-7191.
