A road-rage fueled fight has police search for suspects in Cumberland County, according to Pennsylvania State police.
A group of men is wanted following the incident along Interstate 83 northbound in Lemoyne Borough.
Police were called to the assault near mile marker 41 on Friday around 3:30 p.m.
During an investigation police determined two vehicles engaged in a "road rage incident" and then pulled over to the right shoulder of the I-83 north ramp 41B to Lemoyne, police say.
That's when at least two suspects and the victim exited their vehicles and a fight ensued.
The victim suffered "severe head injuries," according to police.
The suspects fled the scene by way of the off ramp.
The suspects' vehicle is described as a late model champagne colored Toyota Camry.
Officials say the suspects are two Black men in their 20s or 30s.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of suspect's and their vehicle should contact state police in Harrisburg at (717)-671-7500, police say reference incident number PA20021-1241958.
