North Middleton Township police were called to the crash in the 1100 block of North Middleton Road on Saturday around 2:45 p.m.
Frank Montalbo, 54, of Owings Mills died at the scene.
Montalbo lost control of his bike on a slight curve, leaving the roadway, striking a utility pole.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His friends are remembering him on social media, although they admit he was a lovable conspiracy theorists so no images of him are publicly available.
He enjoyed a good laugh, theater and his motorcycle, according to one friend's post on Facebook.
His memorial and funeral arrangements have not been released.
