Kelly Lynn Culbert was arrested after officers arrived at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital located at 503 North 21st Street, Camp Hill, and spoke with the victim about the assault around 9:40 a.m. on May 9, 2023, according to the release.
Culbert was charged with aggravated assault charges and held in the Cumberland County Prison after failing to post $5,000 in bail, court records show.
Her formal arraignment will be held at 9 a.m. on July 10, 2023, according to her updated court docket.
