School Bus Struck In Central PA Hit-Run A pick-up truck and its driver are being sought by Newville police following a hit-and-run with a school bus, according to a release on Thursday, Sept. 26.  The crash happened in Newville at 3:02 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the police explained.  There is no word about any injuries, the extent of damage to the bus, or if children were onboard at the time of the crash.  The police want to speak with the person driving the pickup in the black Chevrolet pickup truck pictured above.  Anyone with information regarding this truck, the driver, or the owner is asked to reach ou…

Tahtiana Diggs from the 5000 block of F Street, was struck by a gray Kia traveling on Front Street at about 3:40 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, Philadelphia police said. Thieves Snag $35K Cash From South Philadelphia Driver: Police A man was robbed of $35,000 early Thursday morning, June 13, city police say.  The victim, a store owner, was driving near Oregon Avenue and 19th Street when a blue Chevrolet pickup truck "tapped the rear of his car," authorities said.  He got out of his vehicle and three men emerged from the Chevy. Scammers Sold Victim Pickup Truck With Phony Papers: Bensalem PD Bensalem police are looking for three scammers who sold a pickup truck to a victim on a false paper tag and a phony bill of sale, authorities said in a release.  The three suspects were caught on security camera at a gas station, and police are asking the public to keep an eye out for the men in the footage.  Anyone with information should call the Bensalem Police Department at 215-633-3719, or submit an anonymous tip at the Bucks County Crime Watch webpage.

Airborne Tire Kills Driver On I-95 In Philadelphia: Report A driver was killed when a tire from a pickup truck blew out on I-95 in Philadelphia early Friday, and smashed into his windshield, 6abc reports. The airborne tire came off a southbound pickup truck around 12:30 a.m. between Front and Broad Streets, the outlet says.
