A massive fire ripped through buildings in Philadelphia Friday morning, Sept. 13. Nearly 150 firefighters responded to the 1200 block of Adams Avenue in the Frankford neighborhood at 5:31 a.m. where the fire struck four alarms by 6:26 a.m., according to the police and the city fire department. The two drivers killed in a crash that closed I-95 for hours over the weekend have been identified. Baktybekov Aktilek, born in 2002, and Esenbekov Tolobek, born in 2003, were both killed in the collision at the Betsy Ross exit around 3:10 a.m., Sunday, March 3, according to a GoFundMe started for their families.
