Emily A. McKee, 33, left her children at her at her home in the 100 block of East Gay Street shortly before 11:45 p.m. on March 27.
Police were called to the home for a disturbance and found the three children.
McKee was located in the 100 block of West Gay Street at the time and “appeared to have been experiencing a drug overdose,” according to officers.
The police issued a warrant for her arrest.
She was charged with three misdemeanor counts of Endangering Welfare of Children
McKee turned herself in on May 13 at 10:30 a.m.
Details about Mckee’s whereabouts and the children’s status since the night of March 27, have not been made public.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 25 at 11 a.m.
