The plane, a single-engine Aerostar Yak-52, touched down at about 1:15 p.m. on March 22, the Federal Aviation Administration said. Two people were on board at the time of the landing, they added.

6abc reported that a small fire started when the wires hit the ground but that no injuries resulted from the landing.

PECO representatives said the accident affected their lines and cut power for 607 customers initially. By about 4:30 p.m., that number was down to 35 customers, they said.

Service is expected to be restored to all customers by 8 p.m. Wednesday, PECO added.
