The man was found around 7:45 p.m., Monday night at South Seventh and Pine Streets, WFMZ reports citing local police.
The details of the shooting were not immediately known.
The shooting is the second to break out in the Reading area in less than 24 hours, as a 22-year-old woman was reportedly shot in the back while sleeping in her second-floor bedroom at a home in the 400 block of South 7th Steet around 3 a.m. Monday, Capt. Pentheny of the City of Reading Police Department told WFMZ.
She is expected to recover.
