Officers arrived in the 200 block of South Ott Street to find a 26-year-old victim with multiple stab wounds just after 12 p.m., according to Allentown police.

First Platoon officers administered first aid to the man, including a tourniquet to his bleeding arm, police said.

The victim is listed in stable condition, police said.

Officers were able to locate the suspect -- later identified as Evader Floyd Theus -- near the scene, and take him into custody, police said.

The victim allegedly told police he asked Theus when he was going to “pay him for his bikes that went missing,” WFMZ says citing court records.

Theus allegedly admitted to punching the victim after he asked him for money. He also admitted to stabbing the man before leaving the house, WFMZ says citing a criminal complaint.

Theus also suffered injuries, for which he was medically treated at an area hospital and released, police said.

Theus was charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
