The Philadelphia location will start construction on April 19, which will expand across 27 acres at the former Nabisco and Mondelēz International factory at Roosevelt Boulevard after being set back nearly a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The King of Prussia facility will be developed across 48.5 acres at the former American Baptist Churches USA headquarters at Gulph Road, the outlet says.

Each Topgolf has three stories, totals 68,000 square feet, and costs about $35 million to build, the outlet reports.

Topgolf offers a high-tech golf game concept, 102 climate-controlled bays with music, full-service restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace complete with a fire pit, and over 200 HDTVs, their website says.

Their hourly rates start at $25 an hour, and they are offering 10% off gameplay with additional benefits for healthcare workers and teachers.

These will be Pennsylvania’s second and third Topgolf locations, with the first one located in Pittsburgh.
