The manner and cause of death for each victim remains to be determined, the newspaper reported.

Officials are still investigating the cause of the deadly March 24 blast, West Reading Mayor Samantha Kaag has said. On Tuesday, March 28, the National Transportation Safety Board characterized the disaster as a "natural gas explosion and fire" and said it had opened a safety investigation.

In a statement, RM Palmer management have said they are "devastated" by the tragedy and will "continue to coordinate closely" with recovery efforts.

"We have lot close friends and colleagues, and our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of all who have been impacted," the candy company said.

Mayor Kaag will join Reading Mayor Eddie Moran at a community vigil to honor the victims on Friday, March 31 at the West Reading Fire Department, 223 Playground Drive.
