U.S. Marshals, with the assistance of personnel from the Memphis Police Department, took 30-year-old Jerbrell Westmoreland into custody, in Memphis Tennessee on Monday, March 6.
"Westmoreland will be returned to Lancaster, PA for arraignment at a future date," the Lancaster Bureau of Police explained in the release.
The shooting he was wanted for left one person injured and killed 29-year-old Luis Sanchez in the 100 block of South Prince Street near the Prince of Subs Restaurant at 1:11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, as Daily Voice previously reported.
The other victim's injuries were non-life-threatening injuries, the police stated the same day as the shooting.
Westmoreland's alleged co-conspirator, 22-year-old Ziair Collymore, also of Lancaster, "was taken into custody in the afternoon hours of February 23, 2023, at the Lancaster County Probation Office, by Lancaster City Police Detectives, along with the assistance of multiple Lancaster County Probation Officers," the police said on Feb. 24.
Collymore was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison, to be held without bail.
Both men have been charged with the following offenses: Criminal Homicide, Criminal Attempt Criminal Homicide, and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Homicide.
In addition to the previously mentioned charges, Collymore was also charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Carrying a Firearm without a License.
He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Adam J. Witkonis, according to the police.
