Yaniv Gola, 51, was sentenced on Tuesday, Oct. 22 after being charged for making phone calls threatening to injure, rape, and kill eight different victims, the US Department of Justice said in a news release.  After serving the prison time, Gola will be placed under three years of supervised release, the Department of Justice said. Jordan M. Kurman was charged with murder and possession of an instrument of crime in the stabbing death of Gregory A. Kurman, 49, who was pronounced dead inside his home on David Drive in Newtown Township around 4:55 a.m., according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Yardley Police Chief Shot, Suspect In Custody A man who shot the Yardley Borough police chief Wednesday in Bucks County was apprehended, authorities said. Colin Petroziello, 24, opened fire on Chief Joe Kelly with a shotgun as he responded to a Yardley Commons apartment around 11:30 a.m., according to Lower Makefield Township Police Chief Ken Coluzzi and District Attorney Matt Weintraub.
