A Perkasie man is accused of sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online and possessing more than 1,200 files of illegal content on his devices, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
Arthur Corbett Clark, 22, of the 2500 block of Hilltown Pike, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with Felony Disseminating Photo and Films of Child Sex Acts, Felony Possession of Child Pornography, and Felony Criminal Use of a Communication Device, as detailed in court documents.

De Ok Kar, 42, of the 200 block of West King Street, was convicted on seven charges related to disseminating and possessing child pornography during a bench trial on Thursday, Sept. 15, by Lancaster County Judge Jeffrey Conrad, the DA's offices detailed in the release.

Robert Joseph Romberger, 26, of Elizabethville, was arrested on Friday for sharing nine videos of child pornography on March 5, as Daily Voice previously reported.
Romberger supposedly sent videos through the Kik messenger app to girls between the ages of 11 and 16, asking to have sex with him or watch them perform sex acts on other men, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
