'Possibly Confused' 88-Year-Old Man Found, PA State Police Say
UPDATE: Jaime Palacio, 88 of New Holland Borough has been found safe, according to PSP. No additional information was released. ORIGINAL: An elderly man is missing and he may be "at special risk of harm or injury," Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday morning.
